I made two in the past 24 hours.
Stashbuster, fun, and a quick Christmas gift.
How can you lose?
^.^

I was astounded though, on the purple one, I only had a small kiwi-sized scrap from an old scarf, and I still have some leftover.

*Blush*
Thanks ^.^
I made a Maize and Blue one (I'm a total U of M nerd, lol, I hope to go there in the fall) just a little while ago.
I'll edit this post with pics of it when I get them uploaded.

*EDIT*
Here it is!

I don't have it in me to knit this in one color, solid or verigated.
I like how it looks with the split *shrug*

Skellerz - I love how yours are done with two colors!

I just knitted myself one today (such a quick knit!) with a crazy handspun yarn.  It turned out two-tone and I love it!  These are so addictive, I think I will make at least a few more...

I've made 8 now.
Let's see a pic of yours!

Here's my Calorimetry:
I cast on 100 st with 7 US (can't find my 8s).  Don't know how many repeats I did of row 5, but it wasn't 15.

Sorry for the icky flash pictures!  Not that light yet here.

To show the size better:

I used some of my own handspun.  It just striped up like that on its own!  I was so amazed it worked out so well.

That's gorgeous!
I'm thinking that I'm going to rep row 5 less, I'm not liking how thick they're turning out, it interferes with my hair clip.

okay... probably a stupid question, but it needs asking:  how exactly do you do "short rows"?  what exactly is meant by "turn work"??
