My sister asked me to make a purse for someone she works with.  The girl is 26, a purse collector, and kind of retro/hippie/free style.  I made the bag with a cherry print in the apron bag style.  It is lined with the red fabric and has a divided pocket with the cherry fabric.  It has a magnetic snap for closure.

What do you think?

Thanks Spazzy!  I truly believe in that quote......even if th wings part is a little tough!

Thanks everyone for the kind comments.  I will actually make a little money off of this one, so I am excited!  I did make the opening a little narrow, but other than that I am really happy with how it turned out.  My sister even said it didn't look like I made it.  That's a compliment I guess Tongue
