so i had a great desire to finally try the top down raglan style sweater un pattern from woolworks... i used Sidar Country Style Wool... knits up very nice and its great yardage, not tooo expensive either... i used 1.25 balls of the green and 3 (i think) of the black, maybe 4.. hmmm no 3... anyways. its knit on 4mm needles and is superb... theres definately things i would change about  it but it pretty much turned out exactly how i wanted it... the off center buttons... the beautiful self designed spiral and the sleeves are beautiful too.. the fit is awesome aswell... anyways. onto the pictures hey... oh we have a "top down raglan along" goin on the knit alongs page good times are found there...

That is so spectacular.
You really should have made a pattern for it.

Good work! It looks amazing on you as well.

You made that from a not pattern?  I am so envious of your skills!

oh thank you... it feels good to wear.. the yarns not too itchy or anything... and it feels good to know i made it..

the pattern is just basically the unpattern with the addition of stripes and the off center buttons... but basically anyone could do it..

well its the un pattern... its like a basic guideline that gets you started (how much to cast on, when to increase yadda yadda) but then it just says add in your own creative touch! stripes, color work, additional shaping.. its good times..

Very beautiful!! I like the sequence of the green stripes on the sleeves. The spiral is too cute.
