I was thinking how all the atc makers I know lust for ephemera (as much as ATC's).  It would be neat to start a swap where you make an ATC, then send it along with some of your stash(and some elements that you used) to a partner. Then you both make an atc from the new ephemera and send them off.  So you end up with a couple of ATC's and some new stuff to play with.

Make sense?  of course some guidelines of how much and what stuff to send would be set.

If its just one or two cards, I could handle it, too.

Would it be a short turn around time or a longer one? I kind of like the idea for a short craft time for this...like a week or so.

me too.  if the turnaround time is too long I tend to get distracted...by other ATC swaps Cheesy

so I'm thinking a week to make the first one, send with your "ephemera" then a week after you receive to send the second one made with your new materials?   Or maybe just send one card with the stuff and call it a day??

I like the idea of sending back a card made with the materials someone else sent. We'll just have to make sure we send enough so that there's some to craft that atc with and some to save for later.  Smiley

I do too.  Maybe it would be easier just to create one or two ATC's from the goodies (sending enough for leftovers of course) and send back.  Now that I think about it, I like that idea the best.  less confusing and shorter timewise.

Stop.  Just STOP, okay?  Stop thinking up all these awesome ATC swaps that I'm powerless to resist.  I'm supposed to go outside for more than just a walk to the mailbox or a ride to the PO...my best friend shouldn't be messaging me to ask if she can be pencilled in for some time amongst the ATCs...it's just too much!  They're taking over my life!!

...this is a kick-arse swap idea...and don't worry, we won't be bothered by my friend 'Logic' or his buddy 'Realism' any more Cheesy
