Hi everyone,

This is an odd question, but...
I am looking for the bergamot candies sold at Maison des soeurs Macarons in Nancy.

I wanted to give them to my boyfriend and make something crafty for him with the tin.  I have only found one online retailer, but they do not ship to the US.  Does anyone know anywhere else I can purchase these candies (aside from flying to France, of course Smiley )?

Here is a link to the ones I have found: http://www.bienmanger.com/2F582_Bergamot_Sweeties_From_Nancy.html

Thank you so very much!

Just an idea - have you looked for them on e-bay?

Hopefully someone - in  Europe - will have a better idea.
Like re-shopping them on to you.

good luck

Thanks for the advice, Jane, and I did try ebay!  I was able to find a couple of the tins, but they were vintage and did not have the candy.

I never thought they'd be so hard to find!

I see you have cross-posted your query in the France forum - which is what I was going to suggest - and that hasn't worked apparently.

Hmmm ... Why don't you PM some of the posters there, and explain your situation? That you are a fellow craftster, etc.
I know I don't make a habit of checking out my own country's forum.

Jane2, who should be thinking about getting her own Christmas presents ready
