Hi everyone, it's been a while since I posted in these art forums, and I wanted to share my Alice in Wonderland work from this semester just past (I study printmaking at university).

First up was a linocut reduction print, which I then folded up into a fortune teller.  You can read more about it here.



The next project was a wood engraving featuring the White Rabbit:

We then moved on to screenprinting, and the assignment was to create a series of five prints on your theme  Here they are all together:

The final project for that particular class was to use CMYK in screenprinting, and I came up with these postcards:

It didn't end there though!  I ended up using the Alice theme in my Artist's Books class as well, and made these teacups.  The name for this piece is We're all mad here (collect your thoughts).

I get my results for the year tomorrow, which is a little frightening.  I feel like I did well, but you can never really know what someone's reaction to your work will be.

I mean...whoa...KNITTED teacups...and perfectly done multi-colored prints.
