I need to wipe the glue debris off of them Smiley

I'm giving them to my sister because my hair is usually ALWAYS in a ponytail Smiley

Those are so adorable. What kind of glue did you use and is it rather sturdy? GREAT job.

thanks!! Cheesy

I used mod podge to glue the magazine paper to the back of the marbles, and then added a layer of cardstock behind the paper for extra durability. then I glued the marbles to the bobby pins with superglue (I am sure that any type of strong glue- maybe even hot glue- would work).

this was a really inexpensive and quick project, so go for it! i was thinking about making these for all of my friends because of that...like a set of 4 or five in coordinating colors or maybe even the same pattern.

Those are great!  I've got a bag of those glass beads sitting on my shelf... now I know what to do with them.

Great for gifts.

Very cute! You're sister is so lucky.
I really love the purple and white argyle one. I'll have to remember to try something like this!

LOL...those are great, but  due to lack of coffee this a.m. I thought your post was labeled "booby pins"
Hmm...I might make some of those!
