I loved organizing and participating in the first round, but I don't know if it would be allowed under the new swap rules.  If it is, though, I'd be in for sure.

Have I missed something? Round one was "Smokin" and I've thought of so many great ideas since then. Can you clarify the 'new swap rules' for me?  8)d

Ooh. Swap rules. I'll jump in on that even though I don't smoke... cigarettes.

I think it would still be allowed! (As long as you're not sending actually tobacco.. ha... )

Here's the list of things that can't be sent:
- Anything that is illegal in the U.S. or wherever you are sending your package to or from.
- Any items that have a legal age requirement to consume in the U.S. such as tobacco, alcohol, pornography etc.
- Mixed CDs containing copyrighted music or similar, including copied software, CDs, DVDs, etc

And drug-use-related crafts can't be posted --> but as cigarettes aren't drugs (well.. per se), and aren't actually illegal, cigarette-use-related crafts are probably just fine!

If I remember correctly 'age' came into it too. You had to be the age that is the legal age to purchase tobaco products. Here it is 18.

According to those rules, you can't actually SEND any tobacco products. Meaning cigarettes themselves are a no-no, but things like ashtrays and cigarette cases are okay. I'll PM a mod to make sure - I missed out on the first round but would love to participate in a second round or even organize it if no one else wants to.

As long as you don't send tobacco you are fine. Smoking themed (cigarette) crafts are more than welcome to be swapped.

Sorry for my late reply. but now holidays are over so I'll be around more. I wouldn't have a clue about organizing, but would be willing to help out if needed. I would love to do this swap again!  8)d
