I think I'll be singing up for this one tomorrow or the next day when i get bored at work.  I'm surprised that this got organized so quickly during the holidays.  The sign up date seems really good to me now.  Lots of post holiday crafting time.

The sendout is on MLK Day right now, just FYI...

The reason I know that is because my wedding is that week. I REALLY want to do this swap. I know that's insane. Sending out a swap package on the Saturday before I leave for three weeks, and crafting for a month before the wedding... but I work at a tree organization! I <heart> the trees! I would LOVE to do it.

Ok, I'm in, but I need to be paired with someone who wants to do a smaller swap...

it is alot of fun. i mostly teach nature programs. its always fun to see the kids get excited about nature.

I'm checking in but I'm sorry to my partner that I'm a bit behind with my plans for this swap.  We've had a week or more of 35+ degree, 80-90% humidity days (that's about 95+ degrees farenheit) and as my crafting room is up in the roof (sort of, very close to it, anyway!), it's been too hot to get up there and do anything.  In fact it has really been too hot to do anything anywhere!

I'd like to explain that this kind of weather is REALLY unusual for Melbourne (particularly the humidity) and hence we don't have a/c to counter the problem.  Hubby and I are SERIOUSLY discussing it though!

So, I will be a little late in sending and I apologise profusely.  But the things I have done look pretty good, I reckon!

Apologies to crescentfresh on my late sending, I promise I haven't flaked but I'm trying to finish up some last minute crafting after the week from hell at work (I work in a university and we've enrolled 1700 new students in four days due to Friday being the Australia Day public holiday here).  Also, I'm feeling like my parcel isn't up to scratch and I have a few things I'd like to add.  I promise I'll send on Monday.

Hey guys... got some bad news.
After asking for extension after extension we have a TWO flakers!
I must be too nice about the extensions. Flakers suck!

Anyway... cmc_aust who was supposed to send to crescentfresh and gingembre who was supposed to send to irish_chicky have both flaked.

Would anybody like to be an angel for either of these craftsters? I am going to post a message in the angel board, or you can PM me!
