Ok, so here's a simple Christmas gift to make for those you haven't already figured out what to get for Smiley

You'll need beeswax, almond oil and some essential oil, can be found at any hobby shop (in Sweden Panduro will have these things). Just heat the almond oil with the beeswax in a hot water bath til it's all melted down, pour in a few drops of the essential oil of your preference and stir with a spoon.

Pour the mixture into lip balm tubes and let it cool in the fridge, and you're done.

Thumb rule is two parts oil to one part beeswax. So, basicly if you have 2 tablespoons of almond oil, you have 1 tablespoon of beeswax. Easy as can be! (you can decorate those tubes if you don't want that white and boring look)

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

Hmm, which oil would you want to use? I have never tried any other...but I bet it's not the almond in it that does it Tongue

I don't know, I'm in Sweden, but if you have some sort of hobby shop, I bet you could find them there...or you could order them, I've seen some online. Google it Wink

I don't know lol. I've never tried making these, but would like to try at some point. I always have a dickens of a time finding lipbalm I like. And when I do find some, they inevitably stop making them lol
