Hmm...why did this have to happen so late in the week? Tongue

Tonight would be a bit rushed for me, but tomorrow night is the start of the weekend slow period so the listing probably wouldn't move much anyway...

I'm sticking with the original dates:
Listing/Picking: 12AM Dec 4th till 12AM Dec 11th
Date to send item by: Dec 20th

And we have an official co-organizer, so make sure you PM both me and Selise when you receive!

I just finished writing up a color-coded by-the-hour schedule of the next three days.  Sanity is a pipe-dream at this point (End of the semester, senior year of college)!

OFFICIAL AND IMPORTANT SWAP INFO:

On Monday, December 4th, at as close to 12AM (EST) as I can possibly get, I will start the listing in this thread.  A gallery thread will go up soon thereafter, and all general swap chatter will be moved to the gallery once listing has started.  I do not have the authority and power to remove errant posts, but there are two Swap Mods participating in this swap who I'm sure will help me keep this thread neat and on topic (don't give them any extra and unnecessary work).

The second post of this thread will contain a list of names in the order that listing/claiming happens.

The third post of this thread will contain a record of all claims made, sorted by participant name.
(This information is also available in spreadsheet form: http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=p4lSFO4ZClY5iEv7e-FUCMg)

If at any point you notice an error in the swap records, PM both me and Selise (co-organizer).  Please help us keep accurate records of all the cards being swapped.

Yep, midnight my time.

And thank you (all of you) for being good swap participants and not deciding to mutiny when I freaked out on you yesterday Cheesy  I was caught off guard then, but I can handle this swap (especially with an awesome co-organizer helping me keep track of you all and your cards).
