Wow! Your art looks a lot like "Every day matters" author's art. Okay, I think that's gramatically correct.

Long url, sorry!

I love that painting a lot! What do you use? Watercolors? What do you use for the borders? Sorry, I'm so full of questions, but I love that style!

i use acrylic paint, because every other kind of paint eventually flakes off of the glass. there isnt really a border or anything. basically i found a window off a house that someone was throwing in the garbage so i took it and decided to paint on it.   Smiley

hi!

i am new too.  and i paint, but i dont have any images to post at this point.  i do mostly acrylic on canvas - and i have been doing more pen and ink on tissue on canvas.  i have only shown my work three times (2 were at an office art show).  i am so shy about my work.

i love yours - what did you use?  i like the textures and the layers of images.  very cool.  Grin
hey, i also knit and do other stuff, you?
talk to you soon - punchbuggytraci

i really enjoyed your piece! it's very unique in both color and subject! one thing i would recommend would be to create a focal point of interest- that will really help the eye be drawn in and find direction.find a point you can really develope, and i think you would be suprised by how much of a difference it would make. you should try acrylic on wood and cardboard- its really fun! there is nothing better than painting on found objects *glee*
