looks to me like styrofoam balls with little head pins or wires with beads and a  sequin on the end shoved into it. sorry, that was kind of confusing!

I don't know why everyone can't see my pics...sometimes I can't see some stuff.
We bought little styro balls that move pretty fast with bigger beads. After we ran a few test balls of the larger size we realized alot of people don't have our patience!
