This is from not this past summer but the summer before.


The pattern is a pineapple based off of a vintage poncho pattern I found on the crochet pattern directory online-- I just modified it to not increase.  I am wearing a slip underneath. I have no idea how long it took, as I crochet on the bus.  Maybe 20 rides?  I'm pretty happy with it......  for my first article of clothing. 
I like pineapples.  mmmmm. pineapples.

I like how you measure your crocheting time in bus rides.  Cheesy

The skirt turned out nice. I just made a sweater for a swap using a pineapple motif almost identical to that one!
