Over years I've bought quite many boring old wooden trays, like this

Over the years I've been painting or coating 'em w/fabric, like these
 Not really great examples, since I'm over my Kitty/Sanrio crafting phase, but you'll get the idea. Just choose image or fabric and paint/glue it on. As simple as that. Remember to coat it well w/something I can't remember what it's called, like topcoat you put on your fingernails after the nailpolish  Grin
