Just a random looker, but I'd love to do one of these swaps. Get a taste of another country in a box! All this stuff looks fab! Yay for swapping!

I got my great package from Rosali before Christmas but have been away from the computer so much over the holidays I didn't get on here to post my pics.. sorry for the delay!

I'm sorry the pic is so small. I lost the cable to my digital camera and can't get the pics off it lol so I took this with my phone. Included in the package is:
-a very cute friendly card telling me about my items and saying hello
-yummy kinder chocolate (omg, I LOVE the hippo!)
-cadbury caramel and some fruit candy
-british tea!
-a gorgeous purple crown magnet
-queen stationary and pens from Buckingham palace and Clarence house.
-a needlepoint kit of the famous Buckingham palace guards! Can't wait to try it, I'm normally a knitter!
-Queen mints and royal playing cards from Buckingham palace

Thank you SO much for the GREAT package!!

I got back to my apartment yesterday after Christmas vacation to find this lovely package from Chimerix!  THANK YOU!!!

Included was tons of chocolate, some cookies, pocky, yamyam, a mix for curry and a mix for pudding, asian paper garlands (with pictures of the men from those puppet/theatrical shows), two great hawaiian fabrics (one has dogs that is itching to be made into something for Chloe), two wine charms, two pens, erasers, chopsticks, postcards, a magnet and buttons!  Seriously, a HUGE package!

(ignore the mess beyond the package goodies, we literally just walked in and dumped all the mail!)

There are 3 kinds of buttons, one looks to be from the 1950's another is made of coconut.  See them all in this detail picture (with the winecahrms).  I figured you couldn't see them in the previous shot.  Sorry for the terrible photo.

I had only ever tried hawaian chocolates once before, and they are very good!  Full of macadamia nuts!  My fruit bowl is full of sweets now! So much for New Years resolutions!!!! Roll Eyes

I received a nice swap angel package from Homerof2!
It included a variety of different teas and candy from Canada.
And also some fabulous fabric! I especially liked the one with the pens and I'm thinking about sewing a craft supply bag out of it!

Thank you very much  Cheesy

I was a lucky girl and on my return from my travels across the pond, I had a wonderful package from ScottSkipper402.  There was an incredibly cool local t-shirt...which I think I will wear tomorrow, some fantastic note cards, they are fantastic and yarn!  A girl can never have enough yarn!

Thanks so much ScottSkipper!  All of the stuff is great!

Happy New Year to all!

i've read that magazine 3 times:D and yarn is so... i asked jana to buy me some really cheap yarn because i was courious, but i didnt expect these huuge skeins:)) and shrinky dinks... and sharpies:D and hershey's was yummy, much different then chocolate here:) and that tiny hole puncher.. i think i've already punched a hole in everything:)) and koolaid... simplyfussfree already was my partner once, and she remembered how much i love koolaid (i'm all about yarn dyeing:)) there were some patterns inside, too, but somehow they didn't come in the photo:(

Here's a piccy of the awesome swap package I received from Psyche:

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/87435048@N00/357334885/" title="Photo Sharing>

You see the truffle box (back right) and "Moose Droppings" bag (bag centre left)?  Both empty!  Grin  Lasted about five minutes (as did the vanilla Aero and cinnamon KitKat!!)

Thank you, Psyche, especially for my official Canadian maple syrup - pancakes this weekend I think!!
