Wow fantastic stuff from Sweden and the bay area I think if I identified some of bobolink's gifts correctly!  I love those candy cane/peppermint chocolate bars from Ghiradelli.

ChloeZ, let me know if you want me to post pictures for you!

Totally Bay Area!
Good guess- well actually I'm in Santa  Cruz now, but I collected a lot of it while in San Francisco. How did you guess? I'm guessing the key chain and the Ghirardelli? Smiley

So glad you like it Lunastara!

The japanese stuff is so cute! The hamster erasers are adorable!

is the black cat salta box salted licorice?
correct, the "salta katten"-box is salted licorice, isn't the box the cutest?

Wow, everyone is getting such great goodies!  Varandra - what a wonderful package; I love that everything was themed!  And the skull & dice earrings are wicked cool, Bobolink!! Grin

On a side note: I must apologise that I have been a bit slack in updating the main thread.  I am going to go through all of my pms and all the claims and make sure that everything is updated by the end of today/tomorrow morning at the latest.

Thanks for your patience, guys!

I received today from the lovely Mariskalovescrafts.

here is a picture of everything

a close up of the cutest magnets ever...I love the little shoes

and a close up of my own plush "wooden" shoes...which are totally fantastic.

You can also see the yarn she sent which is so soft.  I love it.  There is also a ton of great candy in there, which is currently ruining my dinner Grin

Thank you so much Mariska, everything is wonderful!

Hi ladies,

The swap thread sending list has now been updated according to the pms I have received.  If I have anything wrong, please let me know.

Hopefully this will free someone up to claim poor ScotSkipper402! Embarrassed

I should go away for a few days more often... I had TWO packages from this swap waiting for me when I came home! Yay!

One was from the UK and rosali! It included plenty of royalty items from her lovely town of Windsor.. Cheesy
- a bunch of crown-y stuff!: gold small crown brooch, silver queen-crown earrings (very bling), and tasteful gold queen-crown stationary!, 3-D gold keyring (with matching charm on a cute gold-ish Windsor castle kleenex holder!)
- some general Windsor stuff: Windsor castle chocolate pack (mm), photo of.. um.. soldiers?, soldier ornament & soldier magnet
- general royalty stuff: "God Save the Queen" mints (hehe), nice buckingham palace bookmark, big pictures of the young queen...
- and some tea i've never heard of!

As for my other pacakge.. it was German! From nifuu Smiley
- 2 books! --> a book by one of my favourite poets, Rilke, in original German... and a young people's dictionary of "naughty" and slang phrases (hilarious... even the ones they say in English crack me up. Apparently the writers took the English slang straight from the ghettos)
- 3 pair of earrings --> green gummi bears, mini records, and Lucky 13 guitar picks (crafted? perhaps..)
- some tasty chocolate and other treats (i've eaten the hippo. mm. )
- and some christmas-y goodies! (a Santa wine cork... perfect for here, we buy lots o' wine, and two snowmen with stamps in them!

Phew. Thanks rosali and nifuu! After spending the last 3 days (FULL 3 days) writing my giant 30 page paper, you guys made my night Smiley
