I really really really would love to have Interweave Knits Spring 2007 for those Eunny Chang entrelac socks. . . Does anyone want to swap for it?! I have yarn, I can sew, embroider, knit.

I just got home and found a note in the mailbox telling me that I have one parcel waiting at the post-office from "abroad"! I'm so hoping that it will be from my swap partner rosali...I'm just going to grab a bite and then I'm off to find out!

Yay! I have received! Thank you so much rosali! Cheesy
Here's an overall view of the lovely contents:

Clockwise from top center:
-A beautiful handmade photoalbum. I love the autumn feeling over it.
-British feminist zine. Am I ever looking forward to reading this? Oh yes!
-Royal Gold: chocolate, yum! Grin
-Royal/Nautical buttons. These remind me of my grandma. She was canadian, but still a royalist I suppose, since she had cushions with the queen's portrait on. Anyway she used this kind of buttons for some of the sweater's she would knit. Oh, and I should probably add that that's a good thing!
-A Note with a cute monkey.
-Owl notelets - I'm not sending these in any swap packages rosali! I love the motive, so I'm keeping them, every single one!!
-Windsor Castle Guidebook, awesome images for cutting up and turning in to boxes and giftbags, collages, scrapbooking etc, THANKS!
-English Lavender Kit: Cologne, Soap Leaves & Drawer Sachet. Normally I only use lavender in biscuits. Now all of me can smell of lavender, yay! The Soap leaves are really cool, I've never seen anything like them before. Shocked
-A bunch of paper containing glittering fibers. Joy! I am a paper freak. I love paper. I have loads of paper, still I keep wanting more!
In center:
-Brown checkered cotton fabric. I already know what to do with at least a scrap of it! I've been looking for a while for some material to use for a watch I'm making, and I think this is it. Hold eyes open for the watch in the completed projects folder!

Close-up on the owls: (did I mention that I love them??)

Last but not least, I wasn't the only one who appreciated the package, my cats also showed large interest for the contents. Below is Coyopa having a go at the chocolate money. A greedy little rascal, I didn't say he could have two!

Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH ROSALI!

Oh, I almost forgot to mention the plastic bag that all the things are spread out on in the top image. It's a really cool picture of windsor castle. I'm saving it for some yet unknown purpose....

Hi bblueyez77,

You're not being stupid, it can be quite confusing for new people.

We are all taking part in an organised swap - there is a whole section on it here on Craftster.

Here is a link to a thread that gives you more information on the swapping process:
