I have a quick & easy recipe for homemade fried rice that is really yummy.
Ingredients needed to make this Yummy fried rice
1 Box of Minute Rice - cooked
6-8 pieces of bacon chopped (I use precooked bacon)
3-4 green onions
Soy sauce to taste
1. Add chopped bacon to large skillet and heat on medium heat. Once bacon is heated or (cooked, if using raw) push to one side of skillet. Then add eggs.
2. Scramble the eggs.
3. Add chopped onions and mix onions, eggs, and bacon all together.
4. Add cooked rice to skillet and mix.
5. Once everything is mixed together, add the soy sauce to taste (I don't measure, I just sprinkle, mix, and taste).
