I've seen a few cellists on here, and I'd love to do a cello themed swap.  I'm thinking little pouches for Resin, cello themed sheet music binders, or anything cello themed even sheet music you no longer use.  If we can't get enough cellists, I'm open to having other musicians join.  I think it would be really fun to match up people who play the same intrument with eachother.

Since there's no replies, I've changed the title to just instrument themed swap.  We could add in the questionnaire what instrument you play, and would you prefer to swap with someone who plays the same or a different instrument.

You have to be a member for at least one month, have at least 15 posts, and you can only signup for one swap until you have received positive feedback. you can get more details Here :http://www.craftster.org/swapsinfo.html

By the time signups start, you'd be eligible!

I'd be up for this.  I play pretty much everything but would prefer Bassoon stuff, with Oboe as a close second because they're harder to find things for!

I'd say after the holidays would be best to start a swap, if there's enough interest I could start signups just before Christmas, so crafting time would start in January.  Any thoughts on when a good time would be for everyone?

hhhmmm, i wouldn't mind doing this. i used to play clarinet, but i don't have mine any since my little sis is in band now (she plays clarinet too). i also played the xylophone (a.k.a. the "ghetto"-phone  Cheesy. trust me, if you had seen the one i had to play you'd understand). the only instrument that i play that i actually still have is the guitar, but i like anything music-related.

hmm, i'm definetly interested but i'm not sure i'd actually be able to participate. It really depends on when the send outs would be, and if i get a job ( yes, i'm a lowly student, and i'm kinda broke... also, the Australian postal service got rid of the economy airfare! now we have to pay full expensive post  Sad)
Anyway, i should be able to participate. I play saxophone and drums, but i dabble badly in guitar, a little singing, and i used to play piano. I'll keep an eye on this thread and se when the send outs are. That will be the real deciding factor on whether i'm up for this.

BUMP

I'd be interested in organizing after the holidays, would a January sign up be good for all who are interested?
