I agree, I love the site -but waaaay out of my budget. However, I love this page: http://find.uncommongoods.com/?q=record and the ideas can be used by any of us here.

I would love to see more circuit board stuff. I've seen purses and stuff, and the lamp on this site is cool, but WOW expensive.

If anyone has ideas to use with circuit boards, let me know.

Hi all
There are some really inspiring thoughts here.
I need to ask for your help or ideas.  I am embarking on a new project to fulfill my childhood dream of writing a book.  Now I love fashion, clothing and style and the topic of my book is going to be in this area.
I am continually inspired by the number of people who do so many great projects and refashions with clothing - either their own or from thrift stores.  I would really like to see any photos of projects that you have tried where you have taken an old piece of clothing and turned it into something else.  Please elt me know if you are interested in sharing - who knows where it will take us!

Wow! I just joined the community and instantly found the thing that is closest to my heart! Upcycling and recycling. I make everything from jewellery to home decor items and cards from soda cans, paper scraps, plastic packaging and other stuff that usually finds it's way in the bin.
