I had to send a second package to you in the Unconditional Swap May because the first never arrived (and it was sent via Global Priority Mail).  According to this thread, you've had at least three packages go missing this year.  That is very unusual.  I agree that you should look into alternate delivery options and/or find out about mail delivery problems.  That's more than you and your swap partners should have to put up with.

I have sent a support ticket now, but maybe it would still be good if there was an official policy stated somewhere about what to do if there is proof of mailing but the package never arrived.

Still wishing for a Tunisian crochet kit. Would be happy to personal swap for one. I have fabrics and all sorts of stuff to swap for.

i know that sometimes the mail delivery here is not that good and i am not trying to say that my swap partners never sent and claimed they did. please understand this.

i was just a bit angry because despite all the rules that exist for the organizers sometimes they aren't followed.

about the address, this is the second address i have this year (i moved from a different city) and it happened when i lived there also... i recently gave other address for a swap. let's see what happens Smiley

i already got the answer i was looking for about this problem so i won't post here anymore about this because i don't want this thread to go on and on.
