i'm on the costumes commitee for "taming of the shrew" at my school (unfortunately i didn't get cast since i'm working on west side story right now...but costumes are groovy) and i was wondering if there were any patterns out there, sites, etc that had some good shakesperianesque patterns/ideas. i'm not sure what the director wants  yet, obviously it will work from what he wants, but some inspirations would be great. thank you!

Im a huge shakespeare buff and I LOVE shakespere in different periods. I say push for it in the 1920's, think the Womens Right Movement. That would be groovy. OH! Or maybe the 60s. In the Nashville Shakespeare Festival (mad props to Nashville!!!) they did it circa the civil war. it rocked my socks.
