I just made a back pack for my english bulldog, Princess, today!!!

now she can carry everything she needs with her to the vet!!!  Grin YAY!

THis is what it looks like all layed out...... (it doesn'y really have little red dots on it.....it just came out that way on the camera.....)

And her modelling it.....

it has a pocket with a brown felt bone applique, and it is made of flannel with a brown zipper ... Grin

it was fairly easy, and next im going to make one that can slip over her harness straps  Smiley  Enjoy and comments please!!  Cheesy

Would you believe I was just looking for a doggie backpack at Petco last night? The backpacks (with added weight) are supposed to give an extra work out, to doggies on their walks. And my fattie rottie sure needs that. Wow, it never even dawned on me to make one, and I am always saying " I could make that!" Anyway great job. I would love to read more about how you constructed it.

This is awesome! Last March me and my beau adopted our spunky Jack Russel Ozzy and seeing as we all love hiking/camping/doing anything outdoors together I've been meaning to make him a backpack so that he can carry his own water, food, treats, and poop bags in, BUT being the procrastinator that I am... I haven't gotten around to it yet. You have motivated me.

I'm not sure if it is just me, but the link you posted to your tutorial isn't working.

Also, thanks for making a tute! You've made my life that much simpler. Haha.
