Hey, I'm spending a friday, Saturday and Sunday in Minneapolis and I'm just wondering if there is any places you all would suggest I visit.

I usually take people to the Mill City Museum, uptown can be fun - see an Indy movie? There are tons of great restaurants...if you like breakfast try French Meadow on Lyndale Ave...Ikea is fun if there isn't one where you are...the lakes are also beautiful and fun to walk around...bars - maybe try Kitty Kat Klub in Dinkytown, Psycho Suzy's in Northeast...

Really depends on what type of stuff you want to see/do!

oooh, minneapolis.  go to the dakota jazz club.  it's really great.  the food is expensive, but the drink prices aren't bad.  you could run over to st. paul and hit the science museum, where what's left of the museum of questionable medical devices is housed.  they also have a neat robot display.

if you like shows, check out the quest.  i saw the starlight mints and stereolab there.
