motley i think its a cute idea!  i live in a very trick or treater heavy neighborhood  but unfortunately my fiance and my condo is on the third floor and gated.  We plan to go on a walk in the evening to check out all the costumes, but i wish we could give out candy at home instead!  hope your treats go over well.

I made my 500th sale today!!!  I actually made my 500th YESTERDAY but at the exact same time the 500th went through Etsy refunded me for a non payer from last week . . . so my total was 500, then 499.  Just sold one more this morning though, so I'm truly at 500 now! Cheesy

Congrats, Holly! And, I just want to add, I'm in love with your teapot-neckwarmer. And Christmas IS just around the corner... I'll be dropping hints to my husband.

That's fantastic! I still just have 1 sale, but I am trying some new things, so I'll keep at it until it picks up!

hey batgirl, I saw the most recent etsy video regarding taking photographs. They highly suggest having one of your 5 etsy listing pics be of someone wearing the garment of clothing. Not sure if you have the capability but it couldn't hurt to have a model. I think you have nice pics but it seems that buyers looking for clothing like to see it on a model. Good luck with your shop.

here is the video:
