HI FOLKS  I am so glad somebody else has this idea. I have recently added a new category to my website, just for anybody who wants to do their own clock.

Basically i am offering a blank shape of any of the clocks on my website. The idea is the customer buys the basic shape, with the clock mechanism, and they then have to decorate or paint the clock shape in whatever type of crafy takes there fancy. The only limit is on their imagination.

Once it is complete, all they have to do is put in the clock mechanism, along with a battery and away they go.

regards

awesome idea.  I recently saw someone selling make your own radio kits, where the user has to drill the sound holes, find an antenna, and something for the tuning buttons. I checked out your site but I was thinking of using a more avant-garde clock base.

Being a nerd I make a hard drive like the one below many years ago. Gave it to my girlfriend at the time but thinking of making another now that someone brought it up.

I've had this crazy clock idea for a few days now, so a challenge would be great  Grin. If not, I'll make it anyway.. Smiley
