ooooh, dark forest.  mmmm, yarn boner!

LOL This made me laugh so hard I made the hubby come look! LOL I covet the yarn on here. I REALLY need to spin more often. I think I love sparkly stuff and beads plyed. I've never tried that, is it hard?

misshawklet, that yarn is so fluffy and yum, and the colours are really nice.

The yarn that I have been working on is finally dry, sorry about being late...

It was spun from Romney fleece, my first time preparing fleece from the beginning rather than using roving, and first time spinning from the lock (if that is the correct term for it). Dyed with food colouring, and then plyed.

315m (344 yd), 350g (12 oz)

I'm slowly getting better  Grin.

I hate missing Fiber Friday.  Tongue  Everyone's yarns are fantastic, as usual.  I love, love, love 100bean's sparkly yarns - they're gorgeous.  darlingbud made me have a serious case of coil envy.  And I want to stick my face in all of misshawklet's rovings.  Smiley

You definitely can shylittlegoddess! Super dark brown won't show up terribly well but lighter natural non-white colors will!

YEAH!!! I'll have to get my spinning teacher to help me dye some of the stuff I've been spinning up. I have a wrapping paper tube that I've been putting my individual balls of spun yarn on till I get all of it spun and I can set the twist. There's a natural progression to it from my first ball to the most recent and it's kinda funny to look at. I'm using a CD drop spindle, so it's kinda slow going.

AHH!  i cant wait to add to fiberfriday either!  using the CD drop spindle kit you sent me!  *huggles leah for being AWESOME*
