Maybe there's already a list of your favorite wool-felt-buying sites...

interested in cheap, of course, but also interested in lovely softer (hand-dyed?) palette and interesting texture.

If so, could someone direct me to the post?

If not, does anyone have suggestions?

So far, I've bought only at Waldorf school stores.  and the blends I've found at Joanns and some other craft stores, which are nice and dense, but not quite what I'm looking for.

This reminded me of this post: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=129881.0

Perhaps the site mentioned there has the kind of felt you're looking for Smiley  I know it's got quite a wide variety of palettes and designs for felt - good luck! Smiley

Does look like a good site, but has polyester felt only.

 Undecided

awe Sad  I wasn't sure if it had just polyester or if they had wool available somewhere, too.  Sorry Sad
