I think I am going to frog my unfinished SKB and knit the shortsleeve version. I am simply drooling over here. Wow.

Yup I hope the short sleeve uses the same amount of yarn (it's longer in the waist).

That's cute. The short sleeved version is cuter than the long sleeved one. *sighs* I really need to get this pattern *drools*.

Also, that looks like a set in sleeve! I'm anxious to get that pattern because I'd learn to do a set in sleeve top down stylie.

As if I don't have enough wips on the go already.   Roll Eyes

There's a kit available on DreamWeaverYarns.com -- http://www.dreamweaveryarns.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1574

It's for the long sleeved version, and it looks like it takes the same amount of yarn as the SKB does. Given the problems others had with the yardage shortages with the Rock Star, I'm either going to order an extra skein or knit only every other row with it on the sections that call for it. In fact I'm pretty sure I'll do the latter, because on my (unfinished) SKB, the lace sections are so heavy that they drag down the sweater, stretching it out. I guess I got some heavily beaded skeins.

The site says the pattern will be available for purchase next week. I'm assuming that the short sleeved version will require less of the Pure & Simple.

Any word on when this is going to be available?  I am loving this pattern and want it!  The kits at kpixie are calling my name...

Who knows when it will be available! The announced it almost a month ago and Dream Weaver Yarns is selling Tilli Thomas kits for it already, but no pattern. I was really excited about it, but now am pretty bogged down with holiday stuff and have unfortunately sort of lost my enthusiasm over it.  It didn't take this long between the announcement of the SKB and when they made the pattern available, did it?

last I saw on wendy's blog she was just cleaning up the pattern etc, so I'm sure it's soon! I'm fine to wait, I have loads of other stuff to knit.
