Ok so I am a nail tech and I have tons of different colored acrylics (Or aka polymer) instead of traditional pink and white. Well I am refusing that nails just be the limit on things I can do with this wonderful element that people don't think outside the box with...Well Here are my results...I have done soooooo much more beyond this, I don't just stop at nails.

Hey I love the pendant! I must say that is a new novel way of using polymer! (is that the really hard stuf you set on nails? I know nothing about that stuff)

I'd love to see your other creations!!!

I have tons of this stuff left over from cosmetology school, and although we did sculpt with it (I always made fruit, and hearts, haha  Roll Eyes ), I never thought to do anything useful with it, this is a great idea!!

I forgot to add that the canvas for the both of these was a fake nail tip. I made the band for the ring from a nail polish bottle lid....OPI brand has the thickest for regular to fat fingers.

So-- did you add the clay flowers and then bake the nail? I've been wanting to try this, but I'm afraid the nail would melt :/

i don't think it's clay. i'm assuming it's all nail acrylic!  Smiley

No It isn't clay!! It is nail acrylic. It comes in a variety of colors other than just pink and white. I just sculpt the acrylic with my nail brush instead of shaping it flat like you would ordinarily do if you were sculpting nails. I will try and post a pictorial tutorial!
