I have managed to add another controversial project to my website.

I really didn't think this project would causes as much fuss as it has, cause quite frankly i grew up with smelly bums all around me (the crafted kind) My mother used to make these and sell them at craft fairs, she must have smelt 1000's of bums in her craft fair lifetime..LOL

The full instructions/tutorial is here

If thats not enough I also have a project for pickled bums..

Is it really so wrong ?? I mean really ?? they are just bums... everyone has one...

while the project is not to my personal taste, I can't help but giggle at the thought of it being 'controversial'. I mean, c'mon, if someone really gets their knickers in a knot over a little bit of stuffing and nylon... they really need to get out more. I mean, seriously! I can think of a whole truckload of things to get more wrought up about than a pair of cartoony faux buttocks.

...add two pink beads 2/3 of the way down from the top, one on each 'cheek'. That should give 'em something to bitch about, if you visualize it for a second. Wink

I am not obsessive compulsive, I am not obsessive compulsive, I am not obsessive compulsive...

Bringing sexy back for a refund. It really just wasn't "me".

Yeah my mum used to make pickled boobies too, but I thought that might be going to far... haha..

I actually got e-mail complaints about these bums... I mean its one thing not to like them but to go out of your way to email about your disguest is pretty powerful.. I really must have upset them...LOL

What can I get mum to add next !!   * Evil Laugh*
Infact she used to make full handstitched.. let's call them "man bits" it was covered over with some faux fur ... It hang up, gee she sold so many of them.... maybe they would be popular?

She was also asked to make a full size man with all his bits too... and she kindly obliged...lol

OMG!!  Someone gave my mom a gag gift one time that was an apron and you lifted it up and it had the nylon man buts complete with fun fur like that!!  It was way out there!!

I don't get what people are so outraged about with the bums, I mean come on, they show baby bums on TV all the time!!

I can't imagine the kind of mindset that would be so offended by these.  Some people must have a very very hard time leaving the house without becoming deeply outraged.

I remember seeing similar projects at craft fairs when I was a kid, all the time, but I haven't seen them in forever.  I'm waxing all nostalgic.  Just goes to show, one person's offense is another's fuzzy childhood memory.   Wink

OMG!  i just seen this the other night on your website.  i thought it was actually funny.  i had seen that someone had made a comment about them that they are gross and disgusting.  Roll Eyes

the one that i thought was actually a cute idea that also caused an uproar was a wallet made out of boys Batman underwear.

people are just crazy and always need something to complain about
