My second pair of earrings! Grin
(I'm not posting my first, LOL.)

I've been tossing around ideas for jump ring jewelry for a few days... I'm not sure if this has already been done by another person, but I was so pleased with myself for thinking this up. Cheesy
I need to go and buy some silver earrings, to match the jump rings' colours.

I took this one. Smiley

My dad took this picture, and that's me modelling it. Smiley

Comments? Critiques?
Thanks! Grin
(P.S. 134 views and just one reply? Sad )

I like these.  Simple but classy too. Cool

Your cute earrings are giving me tons of ideas.  Our wallyworld only carries jump rings too big for pendants and I'm stuck with a bag of them and then along you come and YAAAAY, now I've got some ideas.  I am thinking small ornamental feathers instead of beads would also look good on these, or leaf beads, or in my case also stringing a few seed beads on the jump rings while connecting them. (I'm older I need the extra sparkles) This is a great idea and I'm really going to try this!  THANKS!  (I'm crafty so long as somebody gives me a shove first) Grin

Thanks for your comments, Tinsel! Grin
I'm glad I've helped you! (I love your avatar, by the way... reminds me so much of my own two cats!)
Feathers and leaf beads -- good ideas. I've come up with a few variations which I'm going to try today, and I'll post the results.
I'd love to see what you come up with, if you've got a camera and all! Cheesy

My craft supply philosophy I stole from a line from AVP. ''I'd rather have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.'' But, they were talking about a condom. Tongue

i did some like this a while ago, my mom and sis liked them. i put a tiny teardrop bead on every jump ring. ive heard of ppl using jump rings like chain mail (right mail?) to make a larger shape, but i dont have the patience.

Hi blackplague! Grin That's really neat!

Wow, those are pretty neat, k77blink! I might try that; did you just open the ring, thread on a little bead, the next ring, then close it again?

hey i saw a pair of cool earrings at a store here. its a bunch of jump rings linked together to form a diamond shape. i think it used the same technique you did with some alterations. i tried doing it but i couldn't shape them into a diamond...

I'd thought about that, actually! I might try this when I buy some more jump rings, LOL. Smiley

yep that is exactly what i did. youll have to experiment with diff sizes of beads. those were tear drop shaped, so they had a little more leeway.
