Thanks everyone - I have a few more to make for Christmas, and it definitely goes quicker with practice.  Perhaps after Christmas, I will start considering making some to sell.

The question is how to price them???

Here is a second one I finished.  Both were wrapped for the SILs - one sent to BC last week, the other under the tree for Christmas.  This second one is done with a blue iridescent/iris bead - but some deep blue translucents got mixed in - a really neat effect if you hold it up to the light (couldn't take a pic of that).  Also, I did not have enough iris bugles, so used some of the black ones from the other necklace too:

Dang, I thought the pics were better - it doesn't show the colours well - shifting metallic blues/purples/greys with a bit of silvery/goldy sheen.  Oh well.

AMAZING.   Cheesy it's so great!  if you don't mind me asking... what do you use to string the fringe on?  beading wire or something else?

Thanks.  I use size A Nymo to string everything.  I need to be able to pass the needle and thread through the beads multiple times, so beading wire would not work - it would not thread through multiple times, and would probably break if it was thin enough to anyways.  I have also used C-lon for thread for stringing and netting beads too - both I condition with beeswax or Thread Heaven (I prefer the latter) for better strength and suppleness, and to diminish fraying.
