so - yeh!!! I finally got my s.s gift yesterday and my santa kicked major bootie - she sent a awesome necklace with beautiful crystals that are green and pink hanging from it and in the center is a .... hmmm ...a half marble w/ a flower on the inside - like a marble magnet or tack w/ out the magnet or tack - it rocks hard core - and then she sent matching barrettes that go with it - MY SANTA ROCKS!!!

xoxo

-pics as soon as i get my camera!-

I just picked up my package today.  Cheesy  Wheee!  I got a pair of fabulously warm fleece slipper socks, some clippy bookmarks, supplies to make some beaded bookmarks, a brilliant pink change purse/pouch....and.....a trio of MissRoo critters made out of peanuts!!  Googly eyes and all.  Is there anything she can't make a critter from?   Smiley

Thanks, MissRoo!

eta: pic and apology for the crummy quality - I had to use some interesting means to get it Smiley

I went to my po box the other day, and Anu thank you so much for the cute little pencil case and all the goodies inside!

Oh, I should take pictures, but my camera is dead right now. Soon!
THANKS AGAIN!

I got my Secret Santa gift a while ago, but was on vacation so I didn't have time to post.

THANK YOU, ELLEN! I love my new mittens (playfully dubbed my 'macaroni mittens' because of their color). I have already worn them about a zillion times. Thank you so much! My secret santa rocks!

wow - great mittens - nice job ellen - and amanda they look adorable on you!

about secret valentino and new zealand??? hmm

my only real concern is timing - it's not too much more expensive to ship to new zealand -(i just sent a package to aus. recently) and people have said they will ship internationally - the only concern is timing - you wont get in until long after v-day...

if that is ok with you i say send your info in - everyone is willing to accomidate...

about secret valentino and new zealand??? hmm

I wonder if we should do this:
If you want to participate and you specifically don't mind shipping to a non-U.S. location, then maybe let Steph know? That way she can pair up people this way?

Anyone know how much it costs to mail a small package to New Zealand?

yeh - i sent a big batch of crafts to a friend in aus. for christmas - and it was only like $3.00 - airmail - i put it in a bubblewrap lined package and shipped it off - it took about 3 or 4 weeks to receive it - but they got it in time for the holidays - and my package was pretty big...

so i think that for most people this kind of option is fine...

however i will post this over in the other thread...
