I spent 3 hours on photoshop, using this photo:

I made this piece of art.
I'm really pleased with it, seen as i only have a mouse to work with!
And no, i don't have that figure! (Then again, who does?!?)

Um..... it was hard work, but i just used skills that i've picked up using Photoshop for about a year and a half.
Deviant Art is a good place to look for tutorials.
I basically made the face as cartoony as possible, and free-handed the rest Smiley
