"Spirit of Christmas" swap?

I know there have already been several christmas/holiday themed swaps but I missed them. I was trying to think of a new holiday swap theme, and came up with the idea of a "Spirit of Christmas/Holidays" swap where partners would make several things for each other:

1.  a present for your partner
2.  a christmas ornament/decoration for your partner (tree ornament, xmas stocking, whatever)
3.  a present for your partner to give to someone else
4.  something your partner could use for a "random act of kindness".

Partners could make one big thing and three little things (or maybe, 1 large, 2 small, 1 small store-bought?). So, say for example I love to knit and need a tote bag, and I knit for charity, and I have a xmas tree, and a niece who loves the smurfs (are kids still into smurfs??), then my partner could make for me:

1. Present for me: Knitting tote bag (large item)
2. Decoration: tree ornament (small item)
3. Gift for someone else:  Smurf charm for my neice (small item)
4. Random act of kindness item:  fleece  baby hat for me to give to my charity (small item), or say a bag of christmas candy for me to take to work to share with my co-workers.

Interest? Suggestions? Ideas?

I was also hoping for another christmas swap since I too missed the other holiday swaps and my last swap just ended and i LOVE christmas and could use the "act of kindness item" for the humane society i volunteer at. I just dunno about the gift for someone else b/c i tend to like picking/making that item out myself.

I just dunno about the gift for someone else b/c i tend to like picking/making that item out myself. 

Yes, I thought of that afterwards, because I like to make my gifts really personal too.  But then I started thinking that the "present for someone else" could be generic, like a set of handmade Christmas cards or Christmas gift tags, or fabric gift bags, or hand-decorated wrapping paper... stuff like that.  So it could still be used in a "gift for someone else".  Wouldn't that be awesome? I would love some handmade cards!

Obviously you are thinking about starting this swap, soon if it is going to be for Christmas, right? Don't give me feedback for the Handspun Swap until this swap starts!

Yeah hand made cards, tags or even hand made soap would rule.

We kinda did one like this last year, I was hoping there might be another one.  It was called "Craft my Christmas" and we swapped Christmas decorations and a wrapped present that you couldn't open until the 25th.  It was a lot of fun!

Thats an a cool idea but i would have a horribly time time waiting till the 25th lol.
