I, caradee from CANADA claim gumshoegal.  This is my first claim (I'm sneaking in before it's all over Wednesday!)

2. Germany, Austria- Anything Porsche, VW or BMW related my husband would adore (advertisments, patches....)

Hints-
I love to sew and make felt.  I like touristy things, like magnets and snowglobes.  I love traditional christmas stuff.  I like fabrics (cottons, wool, linen, silk), buttons and ribbons.  I LOVE CHOCOLATE.  Actually most any candy.  I collect silver charms for my charms bracelet (traditional dangly style, not the Italian charms).  Fashion, Sewing, Decor or Home magazines, any language.  Pretty postcards, fun office supplies or craft supplies always welcome!

Altoids are indeed manufactured by Callard & Bowser (sp?) in the UK, BUT they are not sold here! 

Which is outrageous when you consider that they cost $2 in the US!

As we say in America... Caramba! You don't get Altoids at ALL? Go figure!

So, where can you get Altoids? with or without tins? This may deserve a separate thread...

I claim caradee for the USA/Hawaii/Asia (as I can get many things from Japan and China. )

This is my third claim (with the 2 that I sent having been received)

I am in the USA.

1.  Germany - marzipan, chocolate, lebkuchen, Guiness related things (for my man), Oktoberfest related things
2.  Scotland - shortbread, caramel, tartan inspired purse or jewelry, man in kilt type things
3.  Ireland - celtic knotwork or dragon jewelry, Curley Wurley, chocolate
4.  Australia or NZ - Kinder Eggs (LOVE THEM) biscuits, timtams, toffee pops, jerkey, traditional fiber arts
5.  England - candy (as if you couldn't gess by the above!), pate, tiara or crown related things (I collect tiaras)
6.  Any country other than my own - Really!

If ya can't tell - I LOVE things to eat - CHOCOLATE!  candy, caramels, shortbread, mixes, jerkey, especially things that I have not tried before.
I love jewelry, purses, beads.
I love dragons, traditional art of any area.
I do mostly sewing crafts and love magazines on sewing, fiber arts, and the like.  And of course fabrics I can't get here.
I am so easy to please!

Yes!  We have them, but only really in the last 5 years or so.... they started in specialty shops, but are quite popular now.  Though the US still has other fun tin candies.  (I buy them whenever I'm crossboarder shopping).  My favourite are Altoids Sours, yum!
