Altoids are indeed manufactured by Callard & Bowser (sp?) in the UK, BUT they are not sold here!

Which is outrageous when you consider that they cost $2 in the US!

As we say in America... Caramba! You don't get Altoids at ALL? Go figure!

So, where can you get Altoids? with or without tins? This may deserve a separate thread...

Back to our regularly scheduled swap.

Sorry Caradee from Canada. You have the floor. (But do you have Altoids in tins?)

This is my third claim (with the 2 that I sent having been received)

I am in the USA.

3.  Ireland - celtic knotwork or dragon jewelry, Curley Wurley, chocolate
4.  Australia or NZ - Kinder Eggs (LOVE THEM) biscuits, timtams, toffee pops, jerkey, traditional fiber arts
5.  England - candy (as if you couldn't gess by the above!), pate, tiara or crown related things (I collect tiaras)
6.  Any country other than my own - Really!

If ya can't tell - I LOVE things to eat - CHOCOLATE!  candy, caramels, shortbread, mixes, jerkey, especially things that I have not tried before.
I love jewelry, purses, beads.
I love dragons, traditional art of any area.
I do mostly sewing crafts and love magazines on sewing, fiber arts, and the like.  And of course fabrics I can't get here.
I am so easy to please!

Cheers

Yes!  We have them, but only really in the last 5 years or so.... they started in specialty shops, but are quite popular now.  Though the US still has other fun tin candies.  (I buy them whenever I'm crossboarder shopping).  My favourite are Altoids Sours, yum!

I claim caradee for the USA/Hawaii/Asia (as I can get many things from Japan and China. Smiley)

Yay!! I kinda wish I were in Hawaii right now, it's cold and wet and grey here.  I'll settle for mail from there though!

The swap is now closed!  Thank you so much for everyone who took part - it didn't always run smoothly, but we got there in the end.  Gumshoegal and I will be following up with all those who have yet to send.

In addition, gumshoegal and I claim chimerix for a "package" from the East Coast and Europe!
