What do you guys think of also making some stuff to stick in the bag.  This would require a large time commitment, I am thinking at least a month and a half of crafting time, does that seem to long?

I think you're right on with the time frame.. I know it'd take me ages to make a "super duper tote"  and if I had to fill it, or put goodies in, ya.. that would take me longer too.
