I have almost finished Cleo from last summer's KNITTY.  I just need to knit the i-cords (I lost the dpn's I bought, have to get new ones this weekend) and sew it up. I plan on making another in different colors, maybe blues and greens, when I have the time.

I chose the red and the orange (same yarn that she used in the pattern), however, I thought that it was the same colors too, I don't think that she used the orange that I chose, I think she used 2 contrasting reds.  I had to order it online and it was kind of difficult to find, I ended up ordering it from a store wool-tyme in Canada.  It was cheap to knit, about $17, including shipping.

It wasn't difficult to knit, only actually took me a couple of days, but I did frog the triangles a couple of times due to the fact that I wasn't counting properly.  It's definitely a great weekend/long car ride project.  I knit most of it on a plane journey.

Feel free to pm me if you have any q's after you start it

If I was a bed, I would stay unmade.

I'm confused on the Cleo pattern...it says to k2, yo, k2tog then seed stitch to the last 4 stitches then do k2tog, yo, k2...but that's 5 stitches...2 for the k2tog...1 for the yo, and 2 to knit...that's 5. Am I doing something wrong, or...did you come across this also?

-----edit

OMG!!!! I've been knitting for more than a year...and I finally get it!! >_< Everytime I read yo, I always assumed you were suppose to yo and knit...ok...well..shoot!! ...aiosjdfiaoasefaEWRT$#^#$65346se!!

I just finished my cleo! I used Soy Silk Phoenix which is a yarn made from the tofu making process! The website is www.soysilk.com and I got the yarn on sale directly from Southwest Trading Company. It's great to work with and it was easy to get gauge. Just thought I would share my excitement with everyone :-)
