It be neat also, that after the swap is done and stuff is voted, that we could swap it out in the end to each other.

I love a challenge. I currently have two going on. I am making a puritan tablecloth of 176 motifs and a curtain called Period Curtain.

I'm in. My suggestion for the theme is multi-functional pieces. Like hats that are also scarves, or those puppets that when you turn them inside out are another character.

I just thought of another,

Containers, vessels, baskets, pots, or bowls of some sort.

vintage stuff (vintage/kitch looking, vintage colors, vintage pattern with modern colors, etc.)
recycled material
cozies
table centerpieces for the holidays
crochet with fabric strips
dish or wash clothes
crochet edging on something not crocheted (like blanket edging)
holiday themes (especially more obscure or conceptual ones like arbor and presidents' day)

I never have an idle day,
New ideas come my way.
Don't know yet what I'll create,
But my imagination's great!

This is a real out there, shot in the dark suggestion, but what about fictitious animals Amigurumi?  Think Ligers from "Napoleon Dynamite" or the polka-dotted elephant from "Rudolph, the Red Nosed Reindeer".

I'd do this, what about original snowflakes? I know there are a ton of patterns out there, but what about doing some of our own? 'Tis the season you know! Smiley

The thread announcing the new challenge will be posted on this board Saturday night (the 18th of November) and you'll be given anywhere from two weeks to one month depending on the difficulty of the challenge. You post your finished project under this board and then at the end of the crafting period, I turn on voting and give a week for voting. And then when its all said and done, the winner gets some prizes!
