Oh, can I get in on this order too? I can't seem to justify the 500 dollar first order.

Hi All,

For undyed yarn in the UK, I can reccommend Jeni at Fyberspates - http://www.fyberspates.co.uk/.  She doesn't list the undyed on her site, but if you mail her to ask she'll send you prices, etc.  I just got some beautiful superwash DK bluefaced Leicester from her and it takes dye (and retains it) so well.  Also while I'm recommending UK stuff, Kemtex are great for the dyes - http://www.kemtex.co.uk/.

I have found a place in Cleveland, TN.  R&M Yarns has a brick and mortar store or you can order online at www.rmyarns.com.  I've ordered several times and since we used to live there, I like to stop by when we go for a visit.  they just started carrying superwash sock yarn and I've used the new zealand wool.  Good prices.  Hope this helps.

KnitPicks! I'm amazed at how soft their Bare line of yarns is. And as someone else mentioned, it comes ready to dyeno need to wash in soap or tie off ends. Just wet and go.

When I come across lots of undyed at the local shops, I buy there as well.

I recently bought some excellent wool, silk and bamboo from Paradise Fibers:

http://www.paradisefibers.net

I am a newbie (I had never dyed my own roving before), but their fibers seem to be high quality. Their prices compared favorably with other sites.
