I got some gourds from Michaels half off this is my first
I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the rest but I like how this one came together

by gourd, do you mean it's really a hollowed-out shell of a food? or is it fake? it looks cool, eitherway, you could put potpourri in it.

Thanks for the comments I'm glad you like it ... It is a real  gourd I'm a lavender nut I grow tons of it thats probably what Ill use it for .My friend is trying to talk me out of it might be a Christmas presents

Wow a gourd filled with lavender! I never thought of beading a gourd before actually and I loved the finish you put on yours.  That would be cool to do netting around the neck of those gourds that have a skinny top and large bottom.
