i'm saving up for my wedding at the mo, so this year i am trying really hard to come up with inventive gift ideas that i can make that won't cost me too much money or take up all my time.

i saw this scarf in asda last week and thought it would be perfect for a gift with a little added embellishment. I sewed on some felt icons with some scraps I had at home and a couple of buttons and hey-presto - a unique scarf for my sister-in-law-to-be!!

The whole thing only cost £4!!
hope you like  Grin

Love it! I might have to learn how to do that in time for Christmas. We're having our first child in three weeks and are spending a fortune to go home for everyone to see the baby, so we're being cheapo gifters this year. My argument is that I've been working on their gifts for 37 weeks now....:-)

Congrats on the wedding. We paid for ours all by ourselves.
