This guy is so cool! He looks ceramic to me- very cool indeed. I love how his hands and feet (hooves?) are on string.

Thank you so much for your kind reactions.

The Antlers are made of some twigs from my garden (just look for the tiny ones on dead plants). I think I used about 1,5 package of polymer clay. The hooves are slightly hollow inside so you can't see the knot.

And yes, there are coming more. I want to make some different animals too (a cow!!)

my mom has like a wooden bear thing that hangs its legs off of ledges and stuff..our old house had this ledge all the way around the living room so she could put stuff on it but at our new hosue...we dont have that.  sadly.  but this would be a great christmas present for her anywys! did you bake the string with it or after? and wat about the antlers ?

I didn't bake the antlers and arms/legs (maybe you can, but i never tried). I made the holes in de clay before baking and after that I put in the antlers. The holes for the arms and legs are all the way through (you can see the wire at the back).
