Junkforjoy--that basket is fantastic!

There is a link in my signature for newbies...you can post pics of WIPS and completed projects there and one of us mods can make them show up for you.

Welcome!  We are excited to see new projects and ideas!

Thanks Cherie & Alwaysinmyroom.

Cherie, I read your entire blog last night and all I can say is WOW! You must have the most awesome job on the planet. Gotta try making some of those eggs, just brilliant.

Alwaysinmyroom, I did post in the newbies thread but found I just couldn't post at all if I tried to use a photo. Perhaps because it was my very first post?

More recycled toys. My latest project "Spiky" was inspired by pwtomczak's "Stick Around" zombie killer car. Saw it when visiting AmericanScaleModel.freeforums.org. Maybe it's not very practical having spikes stuffed with rotting zombie flesh but i think those spikes look good. AK fluids were used for weathering again.

sipari, your toys are fantastic!
I really should post on this thread.   But by the time I post in whatever category it fits (housewares, art, ect.), then do another post with links on the 50 projects thread, then update my list elsewhere on the 50 projects...i have post fatigue!  Cheesy

This is my latest project. Recycled plastic toy car. Front piece/plow is made from paperboard, paper and cardboard. And some wood. For weathering I used AK- Worn Effects fluid and sponge.

I am amazed when I go to your photos to see what you use for the parts!  CD cases, cardboard, etc. Your details are incredible as is your imagination!  I love your cars and trucks!

I have been playing around with used teabags lately.  I cut butterflies from yet more teabags and am in the process of embellishing them.  They are surprisingly sturdy.  The coloured ones are dyed with Kool Aid
