...From Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat, of course!

First, the finished product: (Made entirely from scratch on the last few days before Halloween)

No,no, no, Make that Cat go away!

So naturally, if you have the Fish-in-the-Bowl, you need Thing 1 and Thing 2, as well as the Cat himself!  We even had me as "Dr. Suess"!

I also stenciled the Thing 1 & 2 sweatshirts, wrote Dr. Suess poems on my doctors outfit and made the Cat in the Hat's white fleece tummy.  But thats another story.

All the supplies! (orange fabric, a giant clear drop-cloth, styrofoam balls, wire coat hangers, and blue balloons!  We were very resourceful...only spent $13!):
The basis of the head (my old horseback riding helmet with hangers!):
And me modeling the frame of the bowl!

Wow!  He turned out awesome!  I love the light blue balloons to represent water.  Great job!
