This was one of the projects I loved when I started, and I don't really like anymore. It didn't come qutie how I wanted, and there is just something about it. Oh well  Roll Eyes I do need to make the waistband smaller (it is pinned in the pics), but that will have to wait until I have more time.
Anyway, it was inspired by some of the really cute skirt I have seen in old magazines and in vintage shops. The pockets started out as real pockets, but then they kind of got messed up so now they are just for looks (shh, don't tell anyone...  Cheesy)

 (the 'pocket')

 (and my usual sink picture)

Excuse the crap pictures. The camera I used stinks, and I was not feeling all that creative  Cheesy

The buttons are non-functional, just there for decoration Smiley I can probably try to get together a tutorial within a week or so. I'm not so good at tutorials, but I'll do my best to write one that is understandable  Cheesy

It's too adorable.  Very authentic looking.  I can't decide which is cuter ... the skirt or you kneeling on the sink!

no, I really like it.  Its a very cute skirt.  Try again.  I always have problems the first time.  When I do the second try (after spending some time working it out in my head) it works out great.
