Totally cool. Did you use a pattern? What type of boning did you use? I have a waist cinch made out of leather DH made. No boning though so it likes to roll up >.<

there is no boning just reenforcement stiches where the sections breaks, it doesn't roll up. 

it's thick because its a quilted fabric and it's lined with a camoflague cotton fabric so it is also fully reversible.

oh and i made my own pattern based of a waist cincher i had.  it wasn't prefer and some things had to be altered along the way.  all together it's 18 pieces for both sides.
